La Queue de Cochon

We found this hidden gem by accident. We had a lovely dinner in the nicely decorated dining room. We could have eaten outside as well but were afraid that it might be too chilly. We were rapidly handed our menus and we could order cocktails...straight away. We tried the entrecote and the filet de boeuf and both were devine, cooked to perfection and a very generous serving. The dishes were also beautifully presented. Although the dame blanche does not figure on the menu, the staff was more than happy to serve it to our little one. The profiteroles were all right. All in all a wonderful experience in a relaxed atmosphere and at a reasonable price. A place to discover and one that I warmly recommend.

Found this place on trip advisor, it’s in a converted house in a residential area. Went for Sunday lunch. It was packed all french people, locals enjoying the food didn’t hear any other languages. Very welcoming hosts. Fantastic local drench food. I went for the...most expensive set menu at euro and it was amazing. Totally recommend this place before flying back to London. Amazing end to a ski trip.

Perfect place in Chambéry if you like French food. Very friendly staff. That’s the place to have lunch or dinner Repas excellent et abordable Ici au moins le fromage n’est pas en option Je recommande vivement cet endroit

Good resto for the family dinner. Decoration is a bit old-fashioned. The meat was really good, as well as the wine. Also the buffet as entre is a good idea, when you are visiting with children especially.

Must go if you’re in the neighbourhood. Good food at very reasonable prices. Would recommend. Don’t be misled by the somewhat bright lightning.
