amateur of good bread, well cooked or very well cooked, I tested several bakery during a holiday in ardèche. the discount offers high quality artisanal bread made by the baker and sold by the bakery. like any good and true bakery, the pâtisserie ray does not offer the range of frozen industrial pastries too often present but bakery pastry shops including a pepit: cevenol, on a broken pie background, a subtle montage of biscuit , maroon cream (ardèche) and a golden meringue . all for a very modest price, a great bravo and go there the eyes closed.
