I usually order later in the day, maybe 6-7pm when they're getting close to closing, and I order online for convenience. Despite the chicken tasting very good and always cooked well... The sides are always cold.Also I should note that yesterday I ordered mashed potatoes as I've done in the past however they were sour tasting and definitely inedible. I read the reviews for this location and say that 4 days ago someone noted that there were eyelashes in her mashed potatoes. Additionally, when I went to pick up an order for someone else, I encountered a very rude employee. She seemed to have a terrible attitude, barely acknowledged my presence when I entered, and didn’t even greet me or ask how she could help. Instead of providing me with a larger bag, she handed me two small, steaming bags of food that were difficult to hold and nearly burned my hands.
When I tried to explain that the bags were hot and cumbersome, she began to raise her voice and insisted they don’t give out larger bags for small orders. Usually deal with DoorDash and the food is great from here. Decided to go in person. 3 guys working 11/2/21 night. 2 were great didn’t see their names. Other kid (curly mom dyed my hair blond) rude as hell, rolls his eyes, doesn’t say thank you to an $8 tip on 20$ tab, acts like I should be serving myself, snaps attitude when I ask if I can get an extra corn bread, scoops the food with to go ketchup cups… list can continue.Hate doing this review

Hidden gem at the Jersey Shore! Very clean facility with caring and professional staff. Delicious menu items with a wide variety of choices at fair prices. When Boston Market dreams, it does so of this place! Assistant Manager John has fantastic customer service skills and cares about feedback from patrons while making the experience a good one. Whether dining in or taking out, you'll enjoy the experience fully. Thank you!
Shame on Management I was in there a few days ago heard some rude ,who I believe was a manager screaming at one of the employees! I will NEVER set foot or order from there again and no I don 't want some standard reach out to me reply. Human decency goes a very long way in these strange times.
Maybe turn on the steam table? Have ordered here multiple times, this time was rough. Everything ice cold. Had to call three times before someone picked up the phone, should have been my first clue.
All of their chicken is good. Grilled, fried, rotisserie… doesn’t matter, it’s all delicious.
