La Rosa Chicken Grill

Let me start by saying how great their mac n cheese is, but at this location it is absolutely garbage. The texture of la rosa mac n cheese is gooey and cheesey, I go to get this one and it’s like it’s sitting in yellow water. The food would t even stay on the fork that’s how watery it was . Very location I’ve been to has had the same feel to like it was a family , I walk in and it’s just 2 people slouched over the counter.. I mean that probably should’ve been the first sign to just go somewhere else. The freehold location and manalapan location are top notch go try those out before putting la rosa as a whole to rest. Called multiple time and they never answered so I could get a refund. Freeh...

Larosa chicken chicken very good it's moist and they're open six days a week why they're closed on Sunday I don't know maybe they're Mormons what people have to eat on Sunday why don't you open it's all stupid and ridiculous not to be open on a Sunday I'm not happy at all about that it's really really senseless six days a week it's sunny really not a good day for you I don't think so buyer beware

Dining in and the sides are cold. Not room temp. Cold. Corn bread is tiny, dry, and completely burned. I used to love this place in freehold. Not sure if the quality across the board dropped or just this location, but I was real disappointed. Especially when you're paying what you pay for these portions.

For anyone who was a fan of Boston Market in its heyday, this place is for you. Simple, unpretentious, quick and delicious. Perfectly seasoned and grilled chicken, spot-on mashed sweet potatoes, and you even get cornbread with the meal! A great option for those I-just-don't-feel-like-cooking nights.

Chicken is very good and the sides are good. Service is very quick and the prices are average.
