To better relate to my review: we are a mid20 german french couple. We are used to go out to restaurants in different cities and countries on a regular basis, trying lots of different foods with particular affection for thai, italian, french bistro and other. We have been to André and received a very warm welcome. I think its worth noting that part of the fish dishes have to be ordered in advance and that local fish varied between 800g and over 1.2kg that night. Besides that the cart contains dishes that you find a lot aorund the area: entrecote, magret de canard, clams... We had clams (really good and then magret de canard (cooking on the point, very good, delicious sauce and one of the spe...
Andre's table is a really nice restaurant with great and very friendly service, which we highly appreciated. We ate the seafood pasta which was absolutely delicious and on point. However, be prepared to having to add additional salt and pepper on your own, as the pasta was very lightly seasond, which I found a little disappointing. Also and this is very important call Andre before eating there, because they do not offer any fish at all on some days. At least when we went there, there was no fish available at all, which is very disappointing if you are craving for a fish dish. Moreover, the restaurant is close to a relatively busy road, so you might be disturbed by cars driving by.
We ended up going to la table d'andre by chance, and we weren't disappointed at all! The staff is more than welcoming, funny and open to help us the best they can. Wine and meal are good in quality and quantity, for a cheap price! Don't miss the magret de canard with the French fries!!
