residing at the hotel of puy ferrand in half board, we were able to test this restaurant that offers simple but rich cuisine in quantity and calories. not too many choices not to spare but lack of vegetable trims (frites or potatoes with practically all dishes!) very friendly reception, fast service, quite reasonable price and wine (auvergne'scot) is very good.
warm welcome and excellent dining table. service staff that are comprehension and pleasant. each of our stays at the bourboule we come to the table of the puy ferrand. We must also not forget the unbeatable view of the sancy puy.

Very well located hotel. Beautiful view. friendly and welcoming staff. spacious and clean room. only flatulates the restaurant, breakfast is fine, but dinner frankly not terrible taste.
