having already an experience of this table (very positive at the time) we went to test the kitchen "new Mexican chef." disappointment: the dishes are elaborated in a catererer, pre-cooks, fish on cook and dry, dry sauce, chaining the dishes much too fast (we were in a couple in the evening, it is not a lunch service on which we are pressed). Only positive point, a server with which we spoke of wine, subject that he masters what compensates the total absence of sommelier. Brief bad report quality price
We booked for twenty guests and we all enjoyed it a lot. this old property has been beautifully restored in hotel restaurant. from the terrace where we took the aperitif we have a magnificent view of the charente. the meal was excellent with a selection of remarkable wines. impeccable service and very kind.
the hotel offers spacious rooms but the whole is to refresh a little wild and very pleasant location with stunning views of the tank. the good surprise is the restaurant that in a modern deco offers refined cuisine. on the other hand, breakfast is not really up to the hotel
Excelledly refined cuisine for this superb restaurant that combines modern decoration in the chic setting of an old manor. The customer is pampered by a discreet but well-present staff. The wine/plat formula is an excellent idea. We had a great evening!

We were looking for a quaint birthday dinner, and found everything we could want. Memorable food, beautiful views and impeccable hospitality- they even drove us home when there were no taxis! Come here for the unique Cognac experience
to the east of the cognac city this beautiful restaurant, near the airport of the cognac hospedal, and from the commercial space the trache, all the excellent kitchen and very nice staff, from the terrace you can see the river nearby
fine dishes, worked, in a beautiful setting with a view of the cart....Personal listening and very professional...Just a flat for the decay to 4 euros is abuse!
