La Table De Mestre

The charming hotel of the same name is comprehensively let down by its in-house but independent) restaurant, now labelled as La Table de Mestre. While the dishes in its 3-choice, 3-course menu €32) are flavoursome, if small portions, and well presented, the wine by the glass, €7-€9) is very poor and the service is absolutely glacial. Bring a good book. And if you don’t have one, you will have plenty of time to write one. Avoid at all costs.
