So really, I recommend!! Originally from Corsica, I never eat charcuterie in restaurants when I'm on the mainland or even in Corsica in tourist places... My daughter having taken a dish that contained it, I tasted it and found it so good that we went back there on purpose the next day! So a big thank you for offering real quality Corsican charcuterie! That said, the dishes were excellent (Corsican or not), the desserts too. We will come back with pleasure!
Weekend in Valberg off-season, few shops and restaurants open. At the corner of the main square a small magical address. Cozy atmosphere welcoming welcome, and above all cuisine made in simplicity but very well seasoned mixing the mountain classics with Corsican flavours. A treat (tested on three meals) without ever a single false note. To try the eyes closed
Even if the menu is simple (with a small Corsican touch that certainly reminds the origin of the owners), the kitchen is very refined and incredibly delicious! A wonderful surprise in this pretty station.
