After a morning of skiing, we decide to go to the center of valberg. It must be remembered that this one is not at the foot of the slopes and that it is necessary to walk 2-3 minutes in ski boots to access it. In short it is a restaurant that offers Corsican and mountain specialties and offers a little of everything. for me I took a golden mountain with corse charcuterie. beautiful quantity and incredible taste. I strongly recommend this facility. the service is relatively fast, the prices are in the average of what is done in the station.
who believed it? valberg is a corse annex and at the table of emily it is the prefecture! all the compatriots are there. The accent is everywhere. conviviality is part of the place. for the plate, many ingredients are of corsican origins. The presentation is treated. quantities are reasonable. the whole is fine and tasteful. friendly and attentive staff. The addition is a little salty but the journey that the place provides is free. Corsican folklore may also be at the rendezvous as for us, music and songs. A great night.
very good reception and quality cuisine. dishes of a must-see freshness, a mountain cuisine with Corsican flavours to be highly recommended!!! a golden mountain and its corsican charcuterie !!!! without commenting the rest of the exceptional card! Keep a little room for desserts that go away!
dinner with two children, very good meal. pietra beer and mauresque for us aperitif, followed by a child menu (steak purée maison), a roast camembert (with homemade potato), calamars at the plancha and a reblochon. desserts are on top, keep underneath the elbow ;)

nice welcome. we enjoyed the delicious and very well cooked meats with an irreproachable 2015 red patrimonio. dessert and delicious Corsican ice cream. a good quality price ratio.

we had never eaten savoyard fondue without crouton , it is a first !!! charcuterie "moyenne" little do better ..!
