We were a little underwhelmed to hear that this hotel had a buffet restaurant instead of a la carte, but in fact, the buffets were great. The main course in any case isn't really a buffet, they cook the meat for you. This was hunting season and I was hesitating between roe deer, wild boar, pheasant, hare and deer. She suggested I have a small piece of each, which was a great idea! All meats were premium quality (tasty, tender) and perfectly cooked. The sides were also very nice. We had lunch there on New Year's day. We were lucky to be seated on the veranda with a lovely view of the pools and the hills beyond. The buffet is really good we took the 54frs selection which included starters, soup, main course, dessert. Everything was tasty and the meat (filet of beef) was cooked in front of us and just perfectly cooked. The waitress was not the best. She was hard to understand not because of language but because she mumbled into her mask! And she was very slow to collect used plates even when it was obvious that we had finished the course some time before! We will definitely go back and perhaps next time include a swim before lunch!

A perfect welcome and friendly and professional service employees. The buffet is very varied and simply delicious! A little personal advice, if you like sweet wine, I highly recommend tasting Jurançon which is just delicious The “Gourmet bathing” offer is really very advantageous. It allows you to enjoy the baths and the meal, all for 79. per person. You just have to remember to call the restaurant to make a reservation and then simply go to the baths reception with your vouchers and they will explain everything to you. 100% recommended
