We were staying at the Tsanteleina for Christmas and thought we ought to eat at least once in the restaurant (other than for breakfast). Christmas Eve seemed a good idea as we wouldn't have far back to our beds! We started off with drinks in the stylish bar before being shown to a great table. Admittedly the decor of the restaurant is a bit unimpressive (it's so almost there, just a change of tables and chairs to make it more Alpine chic rather than hotel restaurant would do it). Our three young children had the buffet option, which provided them with a good range of food to pick at, all very tasty. We spent the day before the new year in this restaurant. with a menu at 180€ per head, you expect a quality service, but unfortunately it is not. We arrived at 8:30, and at 11:30, we still had no cheese tray because there was only one car for the whole restaurant. We didn't expect us to spend the new year there, but we didn't have the choice as we asked to go directly to dessert. And what sadness, the dj in charge of animation did not start a reduction, it was the customers of the restaurant who wished the good year! Great welcome. Very professional team. The Chef makes you travel with very original taste discoveries and can sublimate the flavors of fresh products. To be recommended is worth a visit to Val d'Isère. The sommelier knows his wines on his fingertips. They are equal to the pastry chef who offers desserts with a rare flavor. Go away. To recommend warmly to have a very good evening!

We stayed at the hotel last year, which was a delight, so are familiar with the restaurant, which was fabulous once again. Our food and wine was served by knowledgeable staff and the food itself was really top notch. Got to be a Michelin candidate. We shall return. Reserva una mesa ahora

Excellent. The food was apart and, even if it was a quiet night, the service was beyond expectations. You really have to go. Excellent. The food was excellent and, while it was a quiet night, the service was beyond and beyond expectations. Definitely worth a visit.

Absolutely perfect! Small team, very nice wine card. We had the chance to meet the chef who simply enjoyed us with his gourmet and generous dishes. Thanks to the Chef and the whole team, we had a delicious moment.
