Very nice experience with original dishes seasoned with local plants. A perfectly executed kitchen. Special mention for the blown at the Grand Marnier and its blood orange sorbet, a 30-year-old chef-in-chief recipe, a magnificent eyeliner at the Suzette pancake. Very friendly and professional service, reception respectful of sanitary rules. Only small flat: a little old and weakly ventilated but which did not ruin this beautiful discovery: we will return.

Very good address. A cook and 2 servers in the room for quality and originality at the appointment. Some mistakes at the service level, but nothing serious. And the dishes offered by the chef are so refined that we can see from this very satisfied restaurant. Many local products and/or ingredients, one more. Good wine map and a very pleasant setting. We had a great Christmas Eve, the menu was perfect from aperitif to dessert, to mignardises. Cooking is perfect, seasoning is fair. Mixtures of flavors are innovative weddings.
