I am disappointed to leave a 2 star review as I've been here a few times and really enjoy the food and the generous portion size, at least with the chimichanga. Today, about half way through the chimichanga, I bit into something hard pulled out half a toothpick. I first felt astonished. Then lucky that I didn't pierce and damage my tongue and mouth. Then grossed out and tried to take comfort in that the toothpick looked snapped rather than chewed on. My last stage was confusion- where did this toothpick come from and how did it get in?! I'd like to go back because I genuinely like the food and I am sure this is a one off. But there was a toothpick...
I can't comment much on the atmosphere since I only ordered for pickup online, but I was in and out quickly with my burrito. I can say, though, that it was one of the best burritos I've ever had. Normally, after work, I would eat half of it in the car and save the rest for later, but that wasn’t the case this time! I simply couldn't put it down and ended up devouring the entire thing. It was a generous size, too. The service was friendly, but since I was in and out so fast, I can't provide a thorough review on that aspect. However, whenever I find myself in the area and feeling hungry, I will definitely return!
The food here is spectacular and the decor is beautiful but the wait time and certain overpricing is what makes me take off a few stars. I’ve been here a few times and each time I’ve had to wait over 30 minutes for very simple orders (3 tacos or 1 quesadilla). I could understand if I had a large order but one item taking ofer 30 minutes is much too long. Also, add-ons like mango salsa or hot sauces priced at $2.00 is excessive per each taco. Sauces and salsas are usually free at most restaurants. Overall, the food is great but the wait time needs improvement.
Got take out a veggie burrito and a chicken burrito. Veggies were just slightly undercooked. Chicken burrito ended up being a chicken quesadilla. Not sure if that was my mistake or the staff. It was a hearty and yummy quesadilla, so I wasn’t too sad. Nice tropical drinks. Recooked the veggies the next day and it was a great meal. All fresh food, beautiful dining room. Parking lot is small. Found parking on the street. Staff is very busy, so just ask them to read back the order before you pay.

Finally, a Tequeria that makes REAL Horchata!!.....not from a generic pre-maid mix. The meat was tender and flavorful, the cilantro lime rice actually tasted like cilantro lime. No skipped seasoning. The place way busy with to-go and pick up orders, but my food was ready faster than I expected for a Friday night dinner rush. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!
Got 2 taco dinners and yuk tacos was stale like they was old no sauce on tacos my mother was disappointed I told her no they don’t give sauce this is not Taco Bell not worth the $40 o spent I should’ve never went to spend my money I would love a refund and give them they food back horrible Dorchester location sad
The ingredients here are fresh and made to order, so the preparation takes some time. I recommend calling ahead or placing your order online to save some wait time. Keep in mind that the staff primarily speaks Spanish, which can make ordering a bit challenging. Additionally, parking can be difficult.
Phenomenal food. Rivaling the best Mexican I’ve ever had. Hilariously slow service. I shouldn’t have to wait 20 minutes for a burrito, especially with seven people working. Service is slow in part because the menu is too large. Pricing structure also doesn’t make any sense.

Absolutely worth a visit! They take great pride in their food. The meats and fish are cooked to order, which is something that many places overlook. What are you waiting for? Go check it out!
