La Taqueria Taco And Grill

I really like this place. I eat here often and the food is always good. They just need to do a bit better with customer service. I know that they get really busy, but maybe try answering the phone and saying hello before you just pick up and hang up. I called over and over and over and over, and no one would answer the phone. Then finally someone answered but before you can say hello they put you on hold but you don't know they put on hold so you're just sitting on the phone waiting for someone to come back and they never do. So I hung up and called again and again and no answer. I got to the restaurant and ordered my takeout and waited 20 mins, which was fine. I went in to get my food, and no one said anything as I was just standing there. Finally I was like, can you check to see if my food is ready. Please work on your customer service and managing your phone calls.

They continuously get my order wrong and even gave me an order of churrasko with no sauce rice or beans after paying in full for my take out order I was told that I would be refunded credit for my next order which I didn’t mind considering I go there often BUT IT WAS A LIE they never gave me credit and the lady was super rude to me when I explained the situation to her . Good selection and variety made fresh. I’ve had lots of items on the menu and was impressed with most of them. Service is fast. Tortas are amazing.
