90% of beef burrito was cold at time of serving. The cause was that there was more purple cabbage from fridge on it than beef from warming tray. The wrap was not heated up so that was gummy. ....They redid it with less cabbage but the tiny amt of salsa and cheese on it was shameful. I ate it with knife and fork and scrapped off much of the refried beans as they dominated flavor. So asking for a tip via pay machine before eating the food is a trap we now fall into. No check in by staff after redo of burrito. I was only one in restaurant at time. Staff strike me as disinterested in you once you tap the payment card. I found a hair in my food, the tortilla was served to me soggy, the pastor tasted awful and obviously wasn't marinated or cooked on a spit and the employees obviously didn't want to be there. The salsa tasted like vinegar with peppers, the salsa they provide is valentina, the employees told me pico de gallo, salsa, or guacamole were extras and cost more.Obviously gringo owned and operated.

The food was good, but I requested guac on my burrito and paid extra for it, and my burrito didn’t have guacamole on it. The restaurant was not busy at the time, but I got a little frustrated. Overall food is good, but they should pay more attention, it was my first time over there, so not a good impression, unfortunately.

the staff is always friendly and eating is always delicious. it is a great place to lunch. the vegan chorizo burrito has exactly the right kick and the portions are perfect for lunch on the go.

Was very disappointed with food. Tacos are probably the worst I tried around Victoria and pico de gallo was made out of almost green tomatoes and tasted very bland. Will not be going again.
