The restaurant lacks lunch combos only à la carte orders possible. Which means I paid 22 francs for a vegeterian pizza (which itself was not bad but rather small! but didn't order anything healthy like a salad because that would've been another 8 10 francs...extra. We had to wait 35 MINUTES for our pizza!! Service was very slow, and a simple bottle of San Pellegrino water costs 6.50 francs come on, get real! Next time I'll bring my own water bottle. An espresso costs another 4.50. I was there only the 2nd time, but that's it will never come again!
We ordered 2 bottles of water without gas, they brought with gas. We ordered an ice tea with peach, they brought with lemon. They didnt have the pizza we ordered. We asked for a modification, after 5 min they said it is not possible. The waiter was also unpleased in general. We will never go again. You feel like they make you a favour to eat in their restaurant. Customer service is something unheard for this restaurant.
On Saturday night many of the restaurants in Zug aren't open, especially during the August break. We happened upon this Italian restaurant and ordered pizza. We all enjoyed our pizzas (which were substantial and tasty). One of our party managed to tuck into a very delicious looking sorbet for dessert too! The service here is excellent - our waiter was helpful, funny and fast!
Service is questionable, waiters are not kind at all. We booked several days in advance for 7 people. They gave a table for six. We asked to.checked our booking. We were not even considered. Bad organization, bad service, unpolite.

I ate here whilst in Zug on business. The service was good, and drinks were delivered quickly and orders taken promptly. The pizza I had was well cooked and very tasty, I couldn't fault it. I'd happily eat here again.
The best Italian restaurant in Zug, with the most friendly service period. Been 10s of times and each time the food is tasty. Excellent Pizzas. Will not be disappointed.
The waiter doesn't even know what he's doing. He didn't even ask what we wanted. no service. The whole place is a joke.
