Best carcase cassoulet. Yet I tasted several and that of the modern tavern remained better. I highly recommend because apart from eating well you enjoy the warm welcome, it looks like we were waiting for you. during our carcase stay we ate here three times and every time it was very good. regional dishes are simple and good.
