An excellent brewery of the star chef Georges Blanc in a totally idyllic setting. The bar with Dutch sauce on a bed of spinach was melting and the thousand-sheets with divinely exquisite apples. The Mâcon Villages of the chef's reserve put the final touch to the whole. To be recommended.
