I find it best for sitting on the bench at the back of the tower. The historical flair has a special charm. The ice is really good, especially vanilla ice cream. The ice cups are really nice to look at, the fruit is ripe. But except for the very nice lady who used to work mainly opposite the main train station, the rest of the staff is annoyed and unfriendly.
