I went here yesterday with my friends, the first waiter didn’t speak English at all so when we tried to tell him we wanted order drinks first and then see the menu for the food, he brought us a cocktail menu instead, which we didn’t ask for and while were clearly not even 18+. After receiving the actual food menu we tried to order, then only understood us when we clearly pointed at the specific dish because when i tried to order a “pizza margaritha with mushrooms” at first that wasnt even possible because they “didnt have those” in the end i thought he finally got it so he left, very annoyed and rudely. When our orders arrived the “steaks” were just a thin piece of meat, the chicken my friend got was honestly disgusting and when i got my plate, instead of there being mushrooms on it, it had some kind of oysters instead of mushrooms. I called over another waiter who clearly also didnt speak English, when i told him in the most simple English that “this is not whay i ordered” he took my plate away without even asking me what was wrong with it, when he returned, the pizza was sliced, so they clearly didnt get what i was saying. After a huge hassle i finally got across that the order was wrong and he brought the right pizza. If you want pizza, dont eat here, i ate something but definately not pizza. After waiting a while we asked to pay, with most of our food still on the plate, the waiter said something like yeah, rudely ofcourse. After leaving half of our plates the rude waiter finally took them away when we got our receipt, without apologizing for the inconvenience or asking why we didnt eat our food. We were charged €45,35 for food that was honestly disgusting, rude personal and wrong orders. I asked to speak with the manager it took a while for him to come so i just went inside myself and asked to speak to the manager or someone that spoke proper English. When i explained that we had such a bad experience 3 waiters just looked at me, very dazed. Then the rudest restaurant worker ever started talking, about how it was my opinion and “you eat, you pay” while we barely ate. I told him that he was being very rude and when he didnt understand me, i left angrily. In conclusion, the food is horrible, the waiters dont speak english and are super rude, youre bound to get the wrong order and the customer service is horrible! So, don’t eat here, just walk along.
Ate here recently. Food was great and lovely to sit by the sea. The only issue was the service very slow. We ordered wine but it took two attempts before it turned up. We asked for a dessert menu and again, two attempts were needed (I could see the owner/manager getting frustrated with the waiter). Finally we tried for coffee but after asking twice (it didn't come) we gave up, paid up and left. This wouldn't stop me going back though. It was just quirky and probably the waiter was at fault.
