The first time I went to this cheese factory, I took two cheeses with excellent cuts, but the gold mount. I like the strong cheese, but it was really immangeable. The smell should have put the chip in my ear, I never bought a golden mountain with such smell and taste. I don't know where the problem came from, but there was clearly one. pity because the other cheeses were good.
