The most unforgettable experience I've ever had! When you go to Vague d'or it's not only for food .. you come for one of the best experience in your life! The place is very beautiful and especially the sunset is amazing in this quite and beautiful place! The stuff is very professional and kind when they describe the dish you have an impression that you are dreaming.. and we had a chance to qu'ait the kitchen where all miracles happen About the food you should try it because there is no words to describe how delicious it is .. and every plate look like an art ! This is our second dinner at La Vague d'Or, we have stayed at the hotel twice and on this occasion we again had dinner at the hotel. We selected the summer tasting menu, full of lots of locally sourced fresh produce. My highly was the tomato course, but all were exceptional, the seafood and meat dishes were great. We also had the paired wine with our meal, their selections were just right. Service five star, venue five star, meal five star....we will return, thank you Chef Arnaud and team (Manou offered excellent service, as always!).

Contacted the hotel to enquire if they had a TV to watch the Monaco GP whilst we dined.... Restaurant were prepared to serve us in the Hotel's Bar but we decided to just have a snack for lunch and dine in the restaurant in the evening..... what a good decision that was!Meal was outstanding, Maitre-de's description was exactly as delivered, service was wonderful also..... would definitely return!**** expensive though!
Difficult to find the words for such an experience: an incredible variety of tastes all more surprising and delicious - not to mention the super high quality of every product and the attention to every detail provided by a super and highly committed team! Thank you all for this wonderful evening.
nothing to say about service, not on the frame, but disappointed with the kitchen; If the entrance allowed the best to be presaged, the dish of the day not at all at the height of the chef's reputation, not more than dessert. The season ended, was it the reason????
We had a fantastic evening at "La Vague d'Or" thank you very much! We were very well looked after all evening. Eventhough there were some imperfections we've experienced, there is no point to rate this Restaurant under 5 stars! Warm Regards

I cannot fault this restaurant. It was exquisite beyond belief! The service, food and atmosphere was all absolutely incredible. I had the taster menu and it was just plate after plate of pure magic.
Nothing to say , just the tastes' heaven . Very nice location . The service was well curated . The plating was rafinated. All the dishes were tasty and savory.
