Meals very good and well provided. Very nice setting, calm and the view is beautiful on the mountains and the lake. On the other hand, the service really leaves to be desired... Ex: the server that comes to offer you to store wine while you have a beer. Ex: the server that gets rid of the table, asks you if you are done (answer yes) and then decides to leave everything there with a drink Ex: the server that brings you bread and butter to dessert and many others of the same type ... so it breaks the customer experience and it sneezes the urge to return. Too bad!

During a new stay at the Ermitage Hotel and once again at the Veranda restaurant at the Royal Hotel, we were disappointed with our dinner on July 14 with friends. The service, too long, lacks professionalism and rigor. Pending our entry for 50 minutes, the sommelier did not miss reserving our glasses to empty the bottle even before our entrances were served. With an addition of 420 euros for 5, we can expect more consideration.

We took advantage of the experience of the French service offered on Sunday noon and of what experience! High quality service, succulent, listening staff and very qualified. The value for money is very correct. Free parking. It's good to be able to enjoy a restaurant with a star chef at this rate, we'll be back!

Very good restaurant I highly recommend. The setting is very nice for dinner. Enter, dish, wine and delicious dessert to take in the word) and impeccable service. All the other opinions I could see do not really correspond to reality.
