We have been customers of LaVicharra for many years and enjoy the food very much. That means this place is a badly managed business; Several times they were from chicken (usually at 5:00-5:30), then you need to hope to get on the phone when the phone is answered at all, seemingly the only person speaking English. It will be a joke in our household that if you say you hope they have chicken; today, if you were willing to wait another hour and a half (although we had to call twice after stopping and not picked up again).... we ordered sushi elsewhere. The staff is very pleasant.
