A sublime, authentic and tasteful setting. The owners are adorable and welcoming. The cuisine is divine: Variety of dishes Flavors Quantity Quality (everything is local) I came with my parents for my birthday, from the starter to the dessert (garbure d'antan with duck drumstick, stuffed heart and dried duck breast, foie gras and onion confit, duck breast gratin and carrots from the garden, au lemon), everything is delicious. I highly recommend this address, it’s a real gem. We are calm, in a sumptuous setting, served with a smile, everything is good, we eat very well. In short, the best
Excellent cuisine, decor and welcome! They accept the dogs more and are really to the little ones! The portions are generous and the quality of the products is more than excellent!!! The local specialties have been tasted as much as in drink and food and it was magical! The service is ultra fast yet it was well filled, in addition to that they take the time to explain and talk to you! The price is very honest!Thank you very much to your family, hoping to come back soon! Maybe we didn’t see it well but buying cans of the “remains” when paying we would really like!!
For three years that we have come to run a peaceful retreat in the Gers, the Old Etable finally corresponds and quite simply to what we are looking for: rafted campagnard frame without heaviors, warm welcome, exquisite gargantusque meals with real fresh products superbly worked... without waiting time between every meal. It's been a long time since we hadn't had a gastronomic moment of this quality. It was our first visit to this fabulous gascony corner but it won't be the last. We highly recommend this authentic and magical table.
