We've been here every year for 10 years. quality always depends on service. Tonight, the mouth lovers served on arrival before the air. the wine card brought well after the order of the meal. a special control of the very nasty cooked turbo fillet and a bleeding beef net. result: an overcooked fish and a 15-minute waiting for a new cooking. The beef was a little bit, but he ate it anyway. For 10 years, quality is not equal once. The dishes are exquisite, as well as the wines offered. The value/price ratio is correct. One can note a small flat for the service, although it depends on the servers: it is a shame to see drops of wines falling on the table. passing through the mill, we chose the restaurant. a little twisted but super nice service. There are different menus I opted for the menu of the terroir at 26€ with snails, sauerkraut ( huge)! and cowrin. Everything was succulent. a bit of wait for dessert and entry arrived a little too quickly on the contrary but overall it is really top!
