Lago Tacos - Reserva de mesa

Stopped in for late lunch on a Thursday. The place was chill and we got a nice spot in the front window. We got a platter of chips and dips the dips were sort of bland, but the chips were nice and crispy. I got a bowl of chili that was a bit too salty. The staff was genial, service was prompt. One of my dining partners was in love with his burrito. I honestly think coconut shrimp should not be in a burrito. As for tacos guava bbq pork and steak got rave reviews from my other dining partners. They were not wild about the rice. Overall, we left well fed.

service and menu variety was great. outside the seats plus. Unfortunately, the meat of carnitas is marinated in cream, so that a milk-free person like I cannot eat pork. the salsa is boring and the tortillas are definitiw not homemade (I think of costco). the combination of this variable is an average quality best.

Very good carnitas! The bartender really new his stuff. He was good at mixing drinks and knowing when to stop by and check in without being intrusive. I will stop in again for sure! We went for lunch after a nice boat ride across the lake. Delicious Spicy Chicken Tacos, very fresh, made to order and filling. Good service, we sat outside but it looked fun inside too! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

So good!! Lago Tacos had chili at Unmapped Brewing's annual Flannel Fest. IMHO, it was the best!!
