Lai Do 2 - Reserva de mesa

I ordered the main course of battered prawns, but received the starter version instead. This has happened to me twice now. The first time, I let it go but the woman who took my order was arrogant and refused to admit fault. Despite enjoying the food, which was quite expensive, I will not be dining here again. If you choose to order from this restaurant, I suggest recording the call as the person taking your order may not accept responsibility for any mistakes.

This is without a doubt the top Chinese/Cantonese restaurant in the area. I have been ordering from Lai Do for the past few years and the food is consistently fantastic. The phone lines can be busy because of their popularity, but it's worth the wait. The prawn toast is especially delicious. I adore this place and will never order from anywhere else!

Staff always friendly and helpful when ordering on the phone, even tell you the cost, food is always ready on time , hot and cooked to a high standard and they are good portions best king prawn toast I have ever had, never had a bad meal from here , with so many take aways within a mile radius this is the jewel in the crown

I regularly order from 27 Walford Avenue and they always follow my instructions perfectly, even including the extra touches. I have never encountered any problems and now this will be my go-to Chinese restaurant. It is the best Chinese food in the area by a large margin! Thank you. Reserva una mesa ahora

Absolutely beautiful need to get on just eat would deffo have more custom first time eating and everything how I asked even better will defdo be a local place to order from one happt custom crispbread perfect salt amd pepper chips amazing and omg the garlic mushrooms the best

Short and simple, chips and curry sauce last night, £5.80. That's scandalous, could have gone maccies for Big Mac meal for the same price. Min spend in store for card payments £10 No card payments for delivery Sorry I'm taking my custom elsewhere

SHOCKING seen a post on Lai Do fb page and they was threatening a guy and his kids for asking a question. This used to be a fantastic place but ti threaten people like this on fb make you wonder the care they put in the food

Ordered a spicy chilly box it was terrible so dry and mushed all up chips were stale the noodles were dry chicken and mushroom curry not good we couldn’t eat any of it Won’t be using again Reserva una mesa ahora

Been the best Chinese by far. Just lately though all the food is different, And the prawn crackers are awful. Whatever has happened it isn't good. Food gone down the pan.
