The venue is stunning but the highlight for us was the venues Wedding Co- ordinator/ fairy godmother Louise! She went above and beyond for us and you can tell that this is her life not a job! She understood how we wanted the venue dressed and ran with it taking all the stress off us and made it more beautiful than I could have imagined. I can't say enough about Lakeside and Louise. Our experience was perfect. Everything was beautiful and we were treated with care and attention. Louise is amazing - a perfect 10 out of 10. Her attention to detail is impeccable. We couldn't have pulled off our day without her. She wasn't just our wedding coordinator, she became a close friend. The venue itself is ideal for a family-oriented wedding, which is exactly what we wanted. The marquee and deck were set up beautifully for the ceremony and reception, and we received numerous compliments. We couldn't have asked for a better venue or staff to share our day with. My husband and I, along with family and friends, were delighted to witness our son and his new wife get married at this wonderful venue! Louise and her team created a fantastic setting that included everything Amy and Ross requested, making for a truly incredible day from beginning to end. Our wedding at Lakeside Venue was amazing, Louise couldn’t have been more helpful, making sure everything went smoothly, taking our theme and running with it to make an absolutely stunning setup and keeping us calm when plans had to change due to an unexpected storm. We had a hog roast which was delicious and went down a treat with our guests. We were looked after from planning all the way to picking up our things after the event. We would highly recommend the venue to anyone planning their wedding, big or small, traditional or quirky, these guys have you covered!

I must say, this restaurant is absolutely incredible! Louise and the team are the absolute best and we couldn't have pulled off our event without them. Louise, you have been my rock throughout all of this and we had the most wonderful day ever! Our guests have all raved about how amazing the venue was, saying it was one of the best weddings they have ever attended. We attended the venue for a wedding on 26/08/2024 and I must say, it was amazing! Louise and staff went above and beyond to make sure the day went perfect and that it did…we attended a wedding there many years ago and what a difference the venue is now,so perfect in every way,1 very small downfall that there’s no draft alcohol as many like a good pint. This venue id highly recommend if your looking for a wedding venue,Louise give yourself a Pat on the back as it’s amazing
