the hotel is clean, the view from the room is really beautiful and the room in itself is spacious and pretty. what we preferred is the wellness space: the salt cave and the hammam are very pleasant visually and out of school holidays, there are not too many people. small flat on the equipment in the room on the other hand. In particular, there was a lack of cotton stems and aeration of the toilet. The double bed was made up of two mattresses instead of one large mattress. note also that the rental of towels or bathrobes for the wellness space is paid.
hotel located in the epis near colmar and typical Alsatian villages superb view from our room , very good reception very good restaurant tasty meals tasty breakfast hearty relaxation area well be perfect several treatments to try! the flats: the room has a bit aging decoy especially the carpet and qq small details as tasks on the uncleaned doors...nothing but suddenly it's amazing considering the good level of all the rest and the cold pool but we would return with pleasure
Be careful when you book a room with a view of the Alsace plain, you are not sure to have it, often book the regulars. In the rooms the beds are not made as it should simply be covered. No need to put the least bottle in the shower. Very sound room, you hear everything from one room to another especially when you have neighbors above who walk with heels! Not very memorable experience. BOF!
