We will no longer return to this restaurant or this hotel because they refuse small dogs. Ours is so nice that it does not move. There is no question of leaving him alone in our room (as the Mr. on the phone suggested to us) for go to dinner especially since last time we were disappointed with the meal and the welcome at that price!! Ashamed to react like this, especially for a restaurant that claims to be starred. Gentlemen, Animals are sometimes and even more often better educated than Humans. Think about it in the future!! This will prevent you from losing customers unless it does not bother you, especially with the prices you charge.

Had a dinner here during our stay in this hotel (on breakfast basis so dinner was not included). Opted for the 4 course seasonal menu of 69eur on a friday night. We were lucky to have live music performance by local artists accompanied by piano...and cello. The setting, service, food and wine, all was perfect and worth the michelin rating. Meals are prepared with high quality products with focus on local products. I highly recommend this place for a fabulous night out!

Beautiful restaurant, excellent service, le chef exceptional. We have adored the food and the wines. Expensive but worth the price in a region with lots of terrible, pretentious and really bad restaurants. Agnolotti a l'ognion de Toulouges etc., St Pierre or Rougets en main course,...an excellent choice of cheeses served at the right temperature and a dessert of figues.

It is a magical place in every way. The atmosphere is warm, the menus with choice. The presentation of extraordinary plates and a guaranteed taste explosion. Home and class service On the menu of Friday noon fish: redts and daurade of Cap Bear cooked in a refined way. Special note for pastry desserts to the top. Very good time with friends. We'll come back more often.
