Our experience remains very disappointing. We waited about an hour for the cold entrance. The restaurant was freezing, the people around us had their coats in the middle of the restaurant room. Even after a request from waitresses to close the outside door, they did not do it for better traffic to the terrace. A long waiting between each dish. Outdated waitresses who made many mistakes in service and a certain lack of professionalism when you are offered extras in such conditions. The base of the 'amuse mouth was the same as the accompaniment of the menu entry. Many criteria that make the price not to the height of the standing displayed. Fortunately the boar and its cooking to catch up with...
What a disappointment. We didn't expect to spend 4 hours at the restaurant one night... 6 dishes, 1/2 hour between each dish, except between the pre-dessert and dessert... A perfect egg fan that there was a truffle of Burgundy... I'm still looking for it. A pre-desert macaron very hard... At the time of the addition, we note that the waiting time was very long. Answer: it's because you took the menu in 6 dishes!! So we're sorry. But all the tables around us seemed to be waiting. Unless everyone took the menu in 6 dishes
Restaurant discovered thanks to an exceptional dining box ... It was not an exception, but... EXCEPTIONAL. A real happiness for taste buds. On arrival, it is difficult to see if it is an outdoor restaurant. But inside a modern and pleasant decor. And what about the kitchen... from the garden to the plate. A mix of beautiful flavors. We'll be back in the next Alsace passage. Thank you.

Fresh, local and well-worked products. A leader in small care that easily adapts to food constraints. A real fan! Only flat, a little long and remote service. However, we will return with great pleasure.
For fine gourmets it is worth the detour truly a refined cuisine for the choice of wines the sommelier very but very professional a framework of excellence... A small dish too long between dishes
