an atmosphere with small oignions, a generous and quality cuisine. the staff at the top (mention chloe to the bartender and the boss for their kindness and professionalism) we came to eat once in the beginning of the week and we finally came there every day. So, of course, we’re not in a fast food, but when you’re on holiday, you have to take the time to enjoy simple things like a good restaurant with a view on the white mountain. how to say....EXCEPTIONNEL I strongly recommend that you book during your stay in valmorel to go taste the beef coast at altitude in this must-see place!!! olive olivier is very nice and chloe with very high efficiency!!! more for an altitude restaurant of a very good value price. the view is not exceptional but well placed between the whole beginning of the track to my height of the domain. the atmosphere is good and the staff pleasant. The plates are well served and the kitchen is good. are identical to all those practiced in the area's altitude restaurants, which is about 22 to 25€.
