So much more than a hotel. Modern takes and variations on boring menu items seen elsewhere yet moderately and fairly priced. Staff all acted like owners and needed no direction. They teased and enjoyed engaging us which made them, the etiquette and food a must to reward. This is well run establishment with fantastic service, great food and beautiful wine list. Bought my now fiance here for our first meeting and proposed to her one year later on Valentines day. It will always have a special place in our hearts.

The new menu is awesome guys... thank you!! We had the octopus salad and heirloom tomato salad, and both were delicious!! Lamaro's is back on my favourite South Melbourne pub list again!!
