I visited Lambert's with some friends and ordered crab legs, fried shrimp, and crab balls. The crab legs were absolutely fantastic! Unfortunately, I wasn't that impressed with the fried shrimp or the crab balls, which I couldn't even finish. None of us were particularly fond of our fried food choices. However, when I tried a large male whole crab from my friend, I was blown away by how delicious it was. I couldn't resist when she offered me another! This restaurant should be closed down. They are charging "market price" for frozen seafood, which is unacceptable. The customer service is poor, and there's an unpleasant smell from the bathroom as soon as you enter. It seems they have some serious plumbing issues. The wait times are excessively long, and the only nearby attractions are a strip club, car washes, auto shops, and tire shops, making it feel unsafe at night. There's also no water source nearby. It’s baffling that literally everything on the menu is marked as "market price," including a plain cheeseburger. There aren’t any farms in Lanham to justify this. I definitely feel that the $54 I spent was not worth it. I ordered the crabs, which were just okay, and there were only about 5-6 crab balls. My entree included a crab cake, a squid fillet, three scallops, and three large shrimp. Unfortunately, the crab cake was mainly fat, and I don’t see how this place has gained its reputation. The Schellfisch had an odd flavor, likely due to the use of chicken bouillon as a seasoning. The scallops were boiled and shared the same seasoning as the squid, making for a confusing combination. As for the three large shrimp, they were nothing more than standard cocktail shrimp. Overall, I was very disappointed and wouldn't recommend this restaurant.

This restaurant has really declined in terms of customer service, especially on Saturdays. It can be challenging just to get someone to answer the phone. One day, I tried calling from 12 PM to 12:45 PM and didn’t get a response. Recently, when I placed an order, I told the lady that I had changed my mind about my initial order of fries accompanying the sandwiches, and she rudely informed me that the price would remain the same. How can that be? $21 for two sandwiches, and I'm supposed to be happy with that? No way! My staff had ordered the same items earlier, and the price was definitely different! I didn't even consider the food when I noticed that the place was surrounded by bars on both sides; it's just not my scene. So, I ended up going to Red Hummer instead. There was no one to assist with seating, which left me with the bar as my only option, and that wasn't ideal for me.

The food here is excellent! I highly recommend the Shrimp Po’ Boy. At the back of the restaurant, there's a bar area that has a fun happy hour atmosphere where you can order food or take it to go. However, it can get quite loud. The Seafood Combo is also quite tasty. Reserva una mesa ahora

I can't give a full review, but it served the purpose I needed. A great adult drink! Only had the crab pull that was pretty good. Bartending Service was fast. I didn't wait long to be served.
