this place does not seem to have everything together, which is a clear indication of bad management. I have gone to panera breads for ever and have never received such incompatible service. this is the second time that I ordered a chicken chip avocado melt and ended with less than a small handful of huh, the avocado was heavy, and the cheese was hardly on the sandwich. the only reason I gave them another shot was because I had a lunch, wanted a suppe and had no time to go elsewhere. the suppe tastes good. I will say that my eating came very fast, but it is likely because it was thrown together so badly. oh, and I asked for chips that even got on my reception, but got brot instead. perfection!
lunch for a meeting on Friday, 23 september. my lunch was ordered the day before to make sure that it would be ready for pickup at 11:30. I do this briefly. They got my order not correct and at worst I had ordered many salates, but they did not even contain a fork or serviette when they packed the lunch breaks. I was so embarrassed and angry to open the lunch packages. Moreover, they did not even mark every lunch, as I was with special needs at the participants. a good example of bad services. my dog home can make it better. never again. I would give them a negative five stars if I could. in a word you suck panera.
There are not that many food options in the Bowie area so Panera seemed like a safe bet. Even though this is a chain, the service here is not as good. You order your food and they just leave it there. Most other Panera's that I've been they give you a buzzer or call out your name. They also forgot to make my sandwich. Either way my food was cold before I got it. I ordered the flatbread pizza with pepperoni and sausage. It wasn't good at all. Will stick to my regular Panera at Columbia.
the house style chicken soup was great! and I have a great idea for them while they sit here enjoy their suppe they can go to amazon.com and I have a book there called my illegal blind trip and it is under $5! so, please, while they enjoy their suppe going and download and enjoy the book it will be a great visit to panera brot, I guarantee it!
