Landgasthof Zum Birnthaler

I came today to enjoy my first visit to Birnthaler in Krachenhausen. With wife, a good friend of the same, and the youngest son of the latter, we arrived there about half five and decided to wait until five after studying the appetizing card, as the kitchen is then fired again. I chose the smoked sausages with sauerkraut from my own production, together with the bread a more than just delicious bread time! Süffiger was the very good Naabecker Dark, which was perfectly harmonized with the meal. My wife (formerly resident in Kallmünz) took the Swabian plate as a reminiscent of old times. For vegetarians and vegans absolutely unsuitable. Are extra on Saturday able to eat for normal menu. It was only the Sunday card, i.e. meat in all variations and just a vegetarian dish like the last years). From the not only friendly service we were told that there is only this food, even if not Sunday is...heavy, hospitable goes differently. We started an attempt because it was offered as a family meeting from a distance. Same experience only an unfriendly waiter : Vegan then gave pommes and salad, vegetarian two dumplings with blue and salad. The food was very delicious. The services were very nice and accommodating. Right next to the beer garden there is a beautiful playground which makes the stay with children much easier
