"Nach dem Re Start verblüffte mich die Wirkungsstätte von Sebastian Hadrys (Küche und seiner Partnerin Jenny Ebeling (Service zunächst mit einem Tausch der Räumlichkeiten. Während das zum Garten gelegene, bisherige Landhaus Restaurant nun für Gesellschaften und Veranstaltungen genutzt wird, spielt sich das tägliche Geschäft im vorderen, ehemaligen Schulungsbereich ab. Durch eine neu eingezogene, großzügige Holztreppe ist zudem das Dachgeschoss geöffnet und zu einer Lounge ausgebaut worden. Eine sicher nicht ganz billige, aber nachvollziehbare Entscheidung.
