Lanesplitter E-ville has been through some hard times lately, but made the other side with a new owner who desperately tries to make the business profitable again and bring back the pizza-pub vibe of the prepandemic era. The good news is that he kept the menu and still makes the classic East Bay favorite cake. The cakes are still delicious and a good value overall but... the green stingray vegetarian cake is now too easy on this delicious green pesto. I'll just ask for heavy pesto the next time, so I'll get the normal preparation I'm used to. Also, FYI order online via Slice, not the Lanesplitter website. Looking for 23 new taps that will soon go and hopefully be able to catch Warriors and A...

I/We used to order Lanesplitters a ton! Until we noticed a MAJOR change in recipe 's, including our mainly ordered menu favorite 'Tankslapper '. The drastic change in recipes had been noticed, and to us now, the price should be lowered if it remains to disappoint with this so-called upgrade. 1. There used to be way more garlic than now. 2. The crust went from thick hand tossed to very thin. 3. The cheese is very lightly spread. 4. The garlic is now toasted to burnt pieces, whereas the classic pie came loaded in steamed garlic cheese with liberal amounts of pepperoni sauce to match. Stars and reviews on this pie will change along with corrections made to return to the classic preparation of t...
I have been going to lane splitter since it opened in Berkeley 25 years ago. It used to be amazing. but recently something has happened to the quality. it is now no better than the crappiest of the cheap pizza in California. You can really tell the quality of a pizza by the dough and the stuff they are making now is worse then the cheapest pizza parlors in the business. Business owners should have closed it but apparently they want to keep making money off the name even though they no longer live here, I guess a makes sense to run their reputation into the ground to squeeze out a few extra bucks off our nostalgia. Pizza was cold and severely undercooked whenever I order pizza I always preheat my oven to reheat it when it arrives but even with that it still didn't cook through. Also the pizza had very little flavor. I had to douse it with hot sauce. The boneless wings were just what looked like cut up chicken strips and there was very little Buffalo sauce at the bottom of the tray. No dipping sauce. Will not be ordering again. I was excited to try Lanesplitter Pizza Pub after seeing the reviews and photos, but the pizzas didn’t quite live up to my expectations. The vegan chorizo was burnt, and the Herbivore Pizza had an overwhelming amount of raw red onions that overpowered the other flavors. On the positive side, the crust was tasty. Still, I felt the 10-inch pizza was overpriced for the quality provided.
this is one of my favorite pizza spots out here. I got a 15 inch pizza last time I went cuz to foot and it was easier to carry. that was a mistake. I've eaten all that in 20 minutes. I didn't want to eat so much, but I jumped early at lunch and went to the pizza goblin mode as soon as I started to munch. the personal here is always very nice.
The crust was crisp and the vegetables fresh. However, the herbed half felt a bit dry due to a lack of cheese, making it seem more like a salad on crunchy toast than a rich, cheesy pizza. On the other hand, the chicken half was flavorful, with the tomato sauce adding moisture and preventing dryness.
Very good! Indian pizza shop. They have a good variety of hand made pizza. The best part is they make a pizza base then bake a pizza. Having limited parking space. However the place is good for any small event celebration. Reserva una mesa ahora
The pizza was noticeably undercooked. Running a pizza restaurant shouldn’t be that complicated, but they really dropped the ball here. Although the ingredients were decent, the pizza was nowhere near properly cooked.
