The store is completely different from what it used to be when Papi, the guy in the photos, was running the deli before the pandemic. I really miss him. Now, the place has a strong odor of beer and unwashed dogs, and it’s filled with flies. There's meat and various other items left uncovered behind the deli counter. The person preparing my hoagie put on gloves but kept playing on his phone multiple times while handling the food. This is a fantastic spot for a quick pick-up! They offer an abundance of ripe bananas for sale. It's a charming little shop located not far from the giant McDonald's. It's an excellent choice for ordering deli platters. You can save time by avoiding long lines, or you can simply place your order over the phone. They accept orders for pick-up, and you also have the option for delivery to your preferred location. Highly recommended!
I recently ordered four hoagies from this restaurant, and they were dreadful. The bread was so stale that it was hard and practically inedible. My wife ordered a turkey hoagie, and to our shock, it had eggs mixed in. The cleanliness of the place was questionable, and overall, it was a terrible experience. Proceed with caution if you choose to order here; they really should consider closing down.
