L'antidote - Reservar una mesa

Our last night in Aiguines we tried this little restaurant. The people are friendly, the menu is short with very local products and carefully selected list of local wines. I had a faux filet steak and my wife had a lasagne with scallops. My dish was decent, but her lasagne was very good. For dessert I had moelleux au chocolat and my wife had peach clafoutis. The desserts were amazing. We chose a local wine that was four years old and tastes very good, called le pas du cerf.

I went today for the first time to this very good restaurant. I had not been before and was glad of the opportunity to try it out There was a nice menu de jour with choices and the courses we chose were excellently prepared and presented. The pichet wine was good as was the service and I would have no hesitation in recommending this place.

Overwhelmed staff. First drink arrived after >45 min. Dirty cutlery right beside us. Forgot the glasses. Drank water from my empty beer glass. Food deviated from order.

Had lunch with my family. Food was decent but service was slow and unfriendly towards the kids despite them not needing any special food requirements. Can not recommend

Homemade simple food but nice, very happy with the staff and owner, always trying to made us welcome and attentive. Good experience
