As usual, an extra ordinary hotel at regular rate, beautiful rooms, generous welcome, inspired cuisine: special mention for the cuisine that has always been surprising (in the right sense) even on the dishes said unsurprisingly. Ultimate hand-held test: The cheese plate is not out of price, yet always with a quality selection, kept at BONNE temperature.
