We arrived late in Gordes and were looking for a local and chichi-free restaurant for our first evening, this restaurant has fully fulfilled this function. A reduced map, fresh dishes, original flavours and dishes perfectly executed in an ideal setting on the castle square in peace. This restaurant does not benefit from the view, but prices are as good as elsewhere. Excellent service and goodness are set. One without fault. Half the nut paste is crazy.
Good, friendly service, however the food was disappointing. Poorly executed dishes. For example, the parmesan crisp with the starter was far too thick and difficult to eat and the filling was bland. The meat on the main courses was well cooked and good but the sauces and vegetables were bland and over cooked. Felt like more thought had gone into how the food sounded on the menu compared with how it tasted on the plate.
Good food, but the vegetables got cold. Too bad because the whole thing was very good. High price : 26€ the dish. Attention, the dishes and prices displayed on the outside (19€ the dish) do not match the map that you are given at the table. Nice and helpful staff.

Smiling and pleasant waitress. A menu at 23€ flat entrance and dessert of the day. Just excellent, small quantities but of high quality. I recommend it.
We got a table without a reservation. The staff was very friendly and the food was excellent. The price is appropriate for what you get.
