We eat at all the restaurants on the Bahia del Duque complex, all were good. Las Aguas was the one we liked the least, which was a shame. Very nicely presented fine dining, and a decent setting, however it was a little let down by two factors, firstly if you are going to place €55 bottle of wine out of the reach of the diners, you'd better make sure you top up their glasses on a regular basis, we were reduced to calling over members of staff to top us up (which they seemed to struggle with if it wasn't their allocated task/table) or have to walk across to a serving table to get the wine ourselves.
