It's basically Turtle Bay but with a Mexican theme. Usual chain features: large, echoey open plan floor with bright colours. I remember disliking the music. Food and service was OK but not particularly memorable. I only visit Newcastle on business and my employer insists that I use their American Express card. I thought a chain would take Amex but they don't. Seems strange when Turtle Bay does. I wish I had researched it a bit better before I went. Their refusal of American Express is the main reason why I won't be visiting again.
What can I say… we were kept waiting for our table , finally seated and took forever for cocktails (I use the term loosely)to arrive. They were good enough to accommodate a special diet for medical reasons BUT if asked for non spicy there is a reason so why serve it! Felt sorry for the young waiter was doing his best and should have had help but was just overwhelmed In all for what you pay not worth it.
AMAZING!!!!!!!!! Jordan and Katie were outstanding! This is bottomless brunch like no other, never waited for drinks, in fact we had 3 each at one point. Food was a big enough portion (recommend the tacos)
Jordan was fantastic, we went for a bottomless brunch and I can honestly say our glasses were never empty and we would even have two on the go at once. 10/10 amazing service!

Came on a Saturday evening, it was busy but service was quick. Food and drinks were great! Great experience, we were served by rachel who was super friendly.
Best bottomless brunch in Newcastle. Very fast service lovely staff and very nice atmosphere. We came mid day wasn’t too busy definitely worth the money x
