I went Saturday morning at 10:15 and there was only one lady there. I wasn’t even sure it was open. The open sign wasn’t on. There was only one tall lady with grey hair (didn’t get her name) and I felt soo bad for her. She was very nice and very apologetic. She was answering the phones, getting Uber orders, attending customers, and cooking. She was doing it ALL. No one was there helping her, it took her while to make my food since she was still setting everything up. But no one was there to help her. Las Quecas owners/management team need to do better, to get this poor lady more help. I’ve worked in the food industry and it’s not easy when it’s only one person doing it all. The food is good...
On August 20, 2024, at around 1:30 PM, we visited this restaurant to place an order. Unfortunately, the woman at the counter was quite rude and disrespectful. When I inquired about the food, her responses were delivered with a negative attitude. Additionally, when I attempted to look at the cookies available for purchase, she shut the display box forcefully. I ultimately decided to leave without eating, as I don’t feel comfortable dining in a place with such poor service.
I spoke kindly to inform them that I was missing a quesadilla, and I overheard Mrs. Mula saying that I hadn't ordered one. I asked her why it was on my receipt, and then she admitted that I had indeed ordered it. The service was terrible for a $50 bill, especially after leaving a tip. They should check the camera footage to see that I am missing my quesadilla. It’s frustrating when things like this happen.
Absolutely delicious! The quesadillas are full of rich flavors, and the staff is incredibly attentive. As for vegetarian options, they offer a variety like nopalitos, pumpkin flowers, and huitlacoche, among others. It's also kid-friendly, as they provide smaller quesadillas that are not only delicious but also perfect for little ones. My kids absolutely love them!

It was like really good the servers were Mexican and they didn’t understand a lot of the time but it’s okay Kid-friendliness: They where really nice to us and my younger siblings and the youths around us seemed happy
They charge extra for food, check your receipts! When I spoke to tell them they were rude that I didn't ask for it. But if I didn't ask, why did they charge it?
Food was delicious. Everything was perfect cooked and feeling fresh. Beautiful decorations around and super friendly people taking orders. Definitely coming
Quecas are so good! Might be a long drive but still way worth it! It’s super good and it’s always nice and hot and taste amazing! Love going here!

Got quesabirria for myself and coworkers. Consume was bomb. Quesabirria was everything and more. Would eat here again.
