Today I ordered the steak sandwich, and when it came to my table, it was obvious that their press was not working or they just don’t use it anymore. I read another review that said, the Cuban sandwich was the same way.The sandwich itself was a soggy mess. When they sauté the onions, they just poured the whole mess onto the bread. The steak was so chewy. I had to take it out of my mouth and cut it with a fork and knife. Horrible service, I made an order through Uber Eats, the order was made in less than 49 min the driver drop it off super fast 5 min after picking it up, I order a Mamey shake and by the time it got to me is was bad, the taste was horrible and it looked like it was made multiple days ago, and went bad…. I spoke to the manager and she said that it was imposible that has had been bad, I told I was gonna take back to the restaurant and if I was right I was going to demand them, and all of a sudden she wanted to give me a refund!!! The manager (Janina) [she would not spell it for me so i spelled it how it sounds] gave my order to the WRONG people for a pick up order and WOULD NOT remake my order to give to me because she said another person already came for the order but I'm the customer. I placed an order and paid for it and she would not remake my food after giving it to the wrong person nor would she give me my money back. She argued with me to the point where I had to walk out and call my bank to dispute the charge. Worst customer service here ever. The food isn't even worth the experience I went through. I will never spend money here again.
Love this place! I have been eating here for many years but the food I received yesterday evening, was AMAZING! I even had to call and ask if they got a new cook because it was that good. I got the breaded steak, white rice black beans, plantains, tostones, and extra bread and every single item was made with love. I’ve tried other Las Vegas locations and this one, was always my favorite. I hope your chef/cook stays for a long time because I’m looking forward to ordering again. : Also, everyone is very kind every time I go.Only recommendation is to give more rice because the portion amount has decreased significantly.

I had an alleged Cuban sandwich and it was terrible. Not roasted as it meat was low quality and cheese seemed old. The roasted pork carvings were not what we had expected, as there were about 5 pieces and the container was filled with white rice that was not ordered. Later they found out they ran out of fried plantains, so the added rice. It would have been nice to call the parties involved, or to make us aware at the time of collection. Her fried red snapper needed to season, but was an ugly fish. The only thing I like was the chips, but I can say they came out of a bag.
Buyed steak, rice/bean for $29. Steak was very fat and gummy I couldn't chew it, so I decided to give it to my dog. Guess what... my dog wouldn't eat it either. For this price I expected quality, so was I quite disappointed?. My daughter had the Tilapia and shrimps she liked, although it was a bit salty. The rice and the beans were delicious and the customer service was great!
Amazing authentic Hispanic cuisine. Everything we ordered was amazing. The churrasco with chimichurri was on point. Seasoned perfectly and cooked to tender. I had the Ropa Vieja which was also succulent. The prices were very reasonable and portion sizes were acceptable.
One is my favorite places to eat Cuban food. I usually get Chicharron de pollo or ropa vieja. I can't say I've ever had a bad experience in the last 15 years

Friendly ambience, traditional Cuban food, friendly customer service, wall decor of Cuban countryside.
Forgot to take pictures of the food. But it was great. Same with the service. We had a great lunch.
