on a bright clear january late morning we sat in the sun on L’Atelier garden terrace and drank wonderful ‘Illy’ coffee. luck is from it! beautifully presented and at a price. we then went over the country to the restored chapel. by st. michel on the hill. that was so pleasant and the Chapel was simple, but a precious stone. details of the local walks are stored in the café/restaurant on a board. back from our walk, our lungs full of clean fresh air, but our stomach tendons for a good lunch and our throats that need a cold drink. we had held a table in the plank on the back of the restaurant. no disappointment! beautiful and spectacular view, delicious food, great Provençal rosé wine and everything for a very cheap price. go, enjoy it! we have

From the outside it would be easy to miss, but as soon as you go through the door and glimpse the views out of the back, you realize you've just made a good choice. The views are over the steep, rugged hills and peaks of Provence, and most of the tables are well positioned. A family run restaurant with a straight forward menu produces excellent and well-presented food. I had a terrific hamburger and my wife had the ravioli which as excellent. We shared a plate of home-made Socca, a Nicoise speciality which was the best I've ever tried. The house wine was both good and cheap, - indeed the whole meal was very inexpensive. Well served and presented, with a great welcome. Immaculately clean. We will be back there soon.

who would think they will find the best burgers ever in a remote mountain village in southern France. you do, and they can choose between 8 different styles. all homemade also the fries. you can order pizza and stuff, but go for the burgers. great location and great view from the tables on the back.

After spending two weeks across Italy and France we were in need of some simple food that reminded us of home. We had two different types and both were good, burger was a little crumbly and fell apart but nothing to worry about. All good for two, a bottle of rose and two espresso's for €56
