Nice room. servers impecs. a kitchen with products from the country. mouthing: melon velvety under a rhubarb sorbet; entrance: bressane poultry liver salad and smoked beech wood lardons (have you already tasted them?); dish: bresse or brooch mousseline on a bressane cream (both delicious); dessert: apricots and peaches in compote. Everything is perfect. very pleasant reception, perfect service, quality of perfect dishes, very pleasant setting in front of the monastery. the formula at 26 € is very well, from the way it was enough.
