I wish I could start with the negative points small flat, there are no! The restaurant is located in the beautiful Haute de Honfleur street in the city centre. The menu is clean, it offers tasty aperitif dishes to dessert. The dishes are prepared by the chef with local and fresh products. The blend of culinary inspirations is surprising and sumptuous. The staff is attentive, friendly and offers you much more than a simple lunch. It is a real parenthesis, a little out of time, human contact and the pleasure of sharing a meal are at the heart of the project and it is totally successful. We ate very special mention for the egg at the entrance, a real peat and I'm hard! Thanks for having adapted a cocktail to serve him without alcohol. That was great. The desserts are good, but according to me, compared to the dishes, there is a slight difference of approach, I would have liked the fusion desserts and the work of local fruit! Young restaurant that deserves to be known and recognized! Atypical atmosphere and decoration, very nice staff and listening and what to say when the dishes arrive... we rarely have eaten as well! We will not say more to guarantee the surprise but you can go the eyes closed!
